- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 figs dried, fresh, or frozen
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Put everything in a blender. Blend until some air has been incorporated into the dressing.
- Use it to dress a salad, or spread on veggies.
