Sesame Edamame

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Frozen Edamame
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini sesame paste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce be sure to pick gluten-free if you are sensitive

Instructions

  • Bring one quart of water to a rolling boil. Add in the frozen edamame, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain the edamame, and add them back into the pot. Reduce heat to medium low, and add in tahini, and soy sauce. Mix until the edamame pods are thoroughly coated. Transfer the edamame to a bowl, and garnish with sesame seeds.
