Cucumber Pear Smoothie

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 pear
  • 2 mint leaves Plus extra mint leaves for garnish if desired
  • A splash of water
  • 5-6 ice cubes


  1. Roughly chop the cucumber and pear. Add all the contents to the blender, except the ice, and pulse until smooth. Add the ice, and blend until the ice is in fine pieces.
