Bring a pan to temp over high heat. Place the trout in the pan skin side down. Place the lid on the pan, and turn the temperature down to low.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a mug or small bowl. Use the remaining boiling water to cook the soba. Follow the directions on your soba package to cook the noodles.
Stir the Miso Paste and Dashi into the cup/bowl of boiling water. (Use a tea strainer to fully dissolve the miso paste)
Add the 1 cm cubes of tofu, and sliced green onion.
Plate the wakame salad, spinach, and clementine.
By this time the soba should be done. Drain the noodles, and cool under running water.
The trout should now be done at this point, ready to serve along side the noodles, and any dipping sauce you enjoy.
